Is Private Label production and OEM production the same?

Yes, we consider these terms to be interchangeable - we manufacture Swiss Made watches for you, the timepieces bearing a brand of yours

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Private Label?

For non-precious metal watches the MOQ is 300 pcs. per order; this total of 300 watches may be divided into several sub-styles (different dial colors, with leather strap or with metal bracelet, plated or non-plated)

How long does the production of Private Label watches take?

Once the design of the watches has been defined it will take approximately 120 days for quartz watches to be manufactured. For automatic watches it will depend on the movement chosen

Does Montres Charmex Ltd offer a design service?

Yes; should you not have decided on a specific design already we collaborate with several watch designers. You can alternatively approach us with your existing design idea or pick a watch design from our website

Can Montres Charmex Ltd provide watch oxes, gift bags, warranty cards etc.?
